Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we'll always do our best to be flexible. However, last-minute cancellations can leave our cleaners without work and prevent us from offering the appointment to another customer.

Regular Weekly or Fortnightly Cleans

• Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your scheduled clean are free of charge.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled cleaning fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or if our cleaner is unable to gain access to the property, will be charged 100% of the scheduled cleaning fee.

One-Off, Deep, and End-of-Tenancy Cleans

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the booking value.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the booking value.

Rescheduling

Where possible, we are happy to rearrange your appointment. If you contact us with sufficient notice and we can fill your original appointment slot, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

Access to the Property

Please ensure our cleaners have access to your property at the agreed time. If we are unable to enter the property after reasonable attempts to contact you, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the full charge will apply.

Emergencies

We appreciate that genuine emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Our Commitment

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to staff illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange the next available appointment at no extra cost.
